Mimi is an energetic and caring kennel attendant that joined the Springfield Animal Hospital family in November 2015. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Northern Virginia. Mimi loves giving every individual animal the attention and love they deserve while they are away from their home; she makes sure SAH is a "home away from home" for our patients. She intends to become a licensed veterinary technician and is currently studying veterinary technology to achieve her goals.
Mimi participates in volunteer work with the Alpha Gamma Delta Women's Fraternity, but has a true passion for pit bulls. Her love for pit bulls began with her first dog, Porkchop, who was a true snuggler. She recently adopted a very sweet and rambunctious pit bull, Bunny, who jumps as if she has springs in her legs. In her free time, Mimi enjoys painting, reading, and playing video games.
